PURE by Nopla Sport

The PURE seat is a high-quality arena seating solution developed and manufactured by Nopla, designed to meet the demands of modern sports and entertainment venues. Developed through extensive user-centred research and real-world installations across Europe, the PURE combines ergonomic comfort with efficient installation and long-term durability.

Its ergonomic geometry provides high levels of spectator comfort over extended periods, with a wide sitting area and integrated side support for both physical and visual comfort. The seat and back have been developed using a user-centred design process, incorporating feedback from over 200 spectators to achieve an optimal balance of comfort, strength and contemporary appearance. The final design was produced in collaboration with Frost Produkt, an award-winning industrial design consultancy based in Oslo.

The Nopla PURE is designed for on-beam or individual installation and is mounted to Nopla’s self-developed aluminium profile bar system, which can be fixed to both riser and floor constructions. This modern rail-mounted solution significantly reduces installation time while simplifying cleaning, maintenance and future seat replacement. Each seat remains fully individual, allowing easy replacement of components where required.

Following major installations at venues including Unity Arena, (previously known as Telenor Arena), Briskeby Stadium and La Roque d’Antheron, Nopla has further refined the Pure’s internal components. The use of advanced polyamide composite materials in place of aluminium has resulted in a lighter, more uniform seat that is easier to assemble while maintaining high structural performance.

The Nopla PURE is manufactured predominantly in Nopla’s own facility near Trondheim, Norway, providing full control over quality, production and delivery. The product is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and can be supplied to meet specific customer requirements, including alternative padding options, colours, logos and differentiated seating zones within the same venue. Solutions are also available for specialist areas such as press and media seating.
